These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by TrueBasement Solutions, LLC (“TrueBasement,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including truebasement.com and the features, forms, scheduling tools, and other online services made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Changes to these Terms do not retroactively modify an accepted quote, existing project agreement, or warranty applicable to work previously performed by TrueBasement.
Website Use
The Site is provided to help customers and prospective customers learn about TrueBasement, request inspections or estimates, schedule appointments where available, communicate with us, and obtain information about our services.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, introduce malicious software, use automated methods to improperly access or copy Site content, impersonate another person or entity, or otherwise use the Site in a manner that could damage TrueBasement or interfere with another person’s use of the Site.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site or its features at any time.
Inspections, Estimates, and Online Scheduling
TrueBasement offers free inspections and estimates unless otherwise disclosed.
Submitting an inspection or estimate request through the Site does not obligate you to purchase services from TrueBasement and does not obligate TrueBasement to perform work.
Appointment dates and times requested or displayed through the Site are subject to confirmation and availability. Appointments may be changed due to weather, project conditions, scheduling demands, service area limitations, emergencies, or other circumstances affecting our ability to provide service.
An inspection, estimate request, appointment request, or other communication through the Site does not itself create a contract for construction, repair, waterproofing, drainage, or other services.
Project Agreements
These Terms govern use of the Site and do not replace the written documents applicable to a particular customer project.
Work performed by TrueBasement is governed by the customer’s accepted quote or other applicable project documents, including the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, approved changes, and any applicable written warranty.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and an accepted project-specific agreement concerning work to be performed, the applicable project-specific agreement will control with respect to that project.
Workmanship Warranty
TrueBasement provides workmanship warranty coverage for eligible work according to its separate Limited Workmanship Warranty.
Warranty periods, covered workmanship, exclusions, maintenance requirements, transferability, procedures for requesting warranty service, and other warranty terms are governed by the Limited Workmanship Warranty applicable to the customer’s project.
The current Limited Workmanship Warranty is available at truebasement.com/warranty.
Nothing on the Site is intended to expand, reduce, replace, or modify the written warranty applicable to a customer’s project.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information. However, information appearing on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may not reflect every condition, service option, product specification, or circumstance applicable to a particular property.
Photographs, illustrations, descriptions, examples, educational materials, and other Site content are not a substitute for an inspection of a particular property.
Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee that a particular service, repair method, product, result, price, or project schedule will be appropriate or available for a particular property unless expressly included in the customer’s applicable written project documents.
Pricing and Promotions
Any general pricing, savings, promotions, discounts, or special offers displayed on the Site are subject to the terms stated with the applicable offer and may be changed or discontinued as permitted by law.
The actual price and scope of a customer’s project are determined by the applicable written quote or other project documents.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including the TrueBasement Solutions name and logo, text, photographs, graphics, designs, videos, service descriptions, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to TrueBasement and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use Site content for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or use our Site content or branding without our prior written permission, except as otherwise permitted by law.
Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to or integrate with websites, applications, payment processors, scheduling platforms, social-media services, financing providers, or other services operated by third parties.
TrueBasement does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of the applicable provider.
Customer Communications
When you provide contact information to TrueBasement, we may use that information to respond to your request, communicate about an inspection, estimate, quote, scheduled project, invoice, warranty request, or other customer-service matter, and otherwise provide services you request.
Any marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Providing a telephone number or email address for purposes of requesting an inspection, estimate, or service does not require you to purchase services from TrueBasement.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through the Site is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy for information regarding the types of information we collect and how that information may be used, disclosed, and protected.
Website Availability and Security
We take reasonable measures to maintain the Site but cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or harmful components.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend access to portions of the Site for maintenance, updates, security, technical issues, or other operational reasons.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This limitation applies to use of the Site and is not intended to replace or alter TrueBasement’s obligations under an accepted project agreement or applicable Limited Workmanship Warranty.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person through your use of the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict any rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable federal, state, or local law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement Regarding Website Use
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and TrueBasement concerning use of the Site.
They do not replace or supersede an accepted quote, project agreement, invoice terms, approved change, or Limited Workmanship Warranty governing services provided to a customer.
